The company, with registered head office located in Polinya, Spain, is engaged in the manufacture and sale of metalforming machine tools. Its technical department carries out the engineering studies, and seeks to analyse the potential difficulties faced by the customer in the manufacturing process. It also endeavours to find the solution with then appropriate designs combined with the ideal process and the most applicable machine to produce the end product efficiently. The company serves the power generation, shipbuilding and ship repair, industrial and energy maintenance services, engineering/infrastructure, bridge repair, petroleum, pulp and paper, petrochemical and chemical, mining/construction, steel, water and wastewater, and rail transportation industries. It was incorporated in 1972 by Joan Puigjaner Jane.
